Hi, Amazing Person,

Today, I’ll be sharing an easy student baking recipe. This is also a recipe that has been on Facebook and Instagram for a while. If you have subscribed to my channel on YouTube, you would have also noticed a flood of food videos. I am still bringing all my pages up to date, please bear with me.

This recipe was inspired by my craving for a fruit-flavored breakfast muffin. I had raspberries and you know I have been putting oats in a lot of things. I threw everything in a blender and this delicious muffin emerged. This recipe barely needs any equipment. I used a blender, but you can mix with a simple bowl and wooden spoon. That’s pretty much it; let’s dive into the ingredients and steps.

Ingredients

1) Raspberries – 1/2 Cup
2) Old Fashioned Oatmeal – 1 Cup
3) Sugar – 1/2 Cup
4) Vegetable Oil – 1/4 Cup
5) Milk – 1/3 Cup
6) Eggs – 2

Steps

1) Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2) Blend until smooth
3) Pour into lined or greased cupcake pan
4) Bake at 400F for 40 minutes
5) Enjoy
