Public health is a field with a lot of career opportunities globally. Most programs accept students from different academic backgrounds. There are various concentrations in it, so even though students are matriculated into the same program, they can choose a track they want to follow.

Most applications for public health are completed using the centralized portal Schools of Public Health Application Service (SOPHAS). Another thing worthy of note is that most public health programs require a course-by-course evaluation from WES for international students. This evaluated transcript is part of the application put together on SOPHAS, so you don’t need to send the evaluated transcript to each school. The only document that is not included in the general application is the personal statement, and that is because it has to be tailored to the individual programs.
